Fees $2,800

We require30% down payment or deposit to secure this booking and the rest should be paid on the first day of arrival.

Vaccination Requirements: Covid-19 and Yellow fever vaccinations are required to enter into Ghana for USA passport holders. Yellow fever vaccine can be taken on arrival for 20usd.

DAY 2

GET TO KNOW ACCRA After your Breakfast ,we start Our ACCRA CITY TOUR from:

• A visit to W.E.B Dubios centre for Pan Africanism
•Visit Black Star Square
•Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park
•Accra Art Centre for
•Makola Market for local Market Experience.
•National Museum of Ghana
•Jamestown (old Accra) tour

DAY 3

𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧: Visit Assin Manso Slave River ( Where our ancestors took their last Bath )

. Visit Cape Coast Castle , Door of No Return, Male And Female Dungeons. Finally you will settle at Mama Lee’s Lodge at Yamoransa Central Region. Evening. Visit Afrofest festival grounds.

DAY 4

Visit Kakum National Park, home to seven rope bridges in the forest canopy. Accompanied by a park ranger, you will cross the bridges as you wander through the canopy walk way.

Evening : Visit Afrofest festival grounds.

DAY 5

KUMASI CITY TOUR places to visit are as follows;

•Manhyia Palace Museum
•Okomfo Anokye sword center
•Adawomase kente village
•Ntonso Adinkra stamping village
•prempeh ll museum lunch at Ike Cafe afterwards we depart to Cape Coast.

DAY 6

NAMING CEREMONY AND BEACH DAY.

Evening: Door of return celebration festival.

DAY 7

DEPARTURE DAY , LAST DAY SHOPPING.

Vendor's Fees
Food vendors: $100
Non food vendors: $75
Non Profits organization material distribution only $35
Table must not exceed 6 feet
(If you are paying by PayPal, there is a 4% fee)
. All payments must be made at least 3 weeks before the event.

Vendor understands that we DO NOT provide tables and tent/or set up material. Vendor agrees to dismantle its display and move its property from the area no later than 6:00 p.m
Vendor understands and agrees that “Afrofest” and its sponsors are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to goods or property of vendors or personal injuries to the vendor’s and/or its’ employees and Exhibitor. Upon signing the agreement releases Afrofest and its sponsors from all such claims. Vendors will not be allowed on the grounds unless they have paid in full. Vendors cannot sell any Alcoholic Beverages. 7. Vendors will be assigned a designated area. Vendors must abide by the decision of the Vendor Committee to remain in their designated area. Food vendors are responsible for acquiring all necessary permits to vend food. All food vendors must already possess a license to handle food from the Ghana. Vendors will not be allowed to vend unless they are cleared by the on-site inspector. Exhibits must clearly post all prices. Exhibitors must clean up their space at the end of the day, leaving no grease or hazardous materials. Absolutely no selling of Bootleg DVDs, CDs, VHS or any other illegal materials on the festival premises. This event is outdoors and will go on rain or shine; a tent is recommended by not required. There will be no refunds.
